These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging programs operated by Abhishek Singh trading as Upscale Media ("Upscale Media", "we", "us", or "our").
Program Description
Abhishek Singh trading as Upscale Media operates an SMS messaging program to deliver:
- Marketing & Promotional Updates: Updates, case studies, actionable insights, discounts, and announcements regarding our high-converting website design, local SEO, Google Business Profile systems, and CRM automation services.
- Inquiry & Project Follow-Ups: Direct non-marketing transactional responses, appointment confirmations, discovery call reminders, and audit follow-ups related to inquiries you have submitted.
Optional Consent & No Condition of Purchase
When submitting a form on our website, you are never forced to accept promotional text messages. The SMS consent checkbox is optional and remains unchecked by default. You can submit an inquiry or purchase services with complete confidence without consenting to marketing texts.
SMS Opt-In Data Non-Sharing Policy
We distinguish third-party marketing distribution (which is strictly prohibited) from necessary technical delivery: we only transfer phone numbers to authorized service providers and telecommunications aggregators (including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and wireless telecom carriers) solely as necessary to transmit, route, and deliver messages on our behalf.
Frequency & Message & Data Rates
Message frequency varies. You may receive periodic updates depending on your ongoing project inquiries, scheduled strategy sessions, and promotional campaigns.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your individual mobile phone carrier and wireless service plan. Upscale Media does not levy separate charges for receiving texts.
Opting Out & Getting Help
You can cancel and opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Simply reply with STOP to any text message received from Upscale Media. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further SMS messages will be dispatched unless you re-enroll.

Carrier Compatibility & Liability
Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and international telecom carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your mobile network operator.
